At 68 years old, I still wake up feeling strong, energetic, and ready to take on the day. I don’t say that to impress you—I say it because I’ve earned it. My body has been my instrument, my vehicle, and my business for decades. From professional stunt work in Hollywood to high diving from 80-foot platforms and as owner of the American Acrobats I’ve made a career out of pushing the limits of human performance.
Through it all—injuries, pressure, grueling schedules, and the demands of being on top of my game—I had to figure out what really works when it comes to staying healthy, fit, and sharp.
